Northeast Cargo Facility

2IM Group provided the Phase I and II landside and airside sitework design for the development of the northeast air cargo facility at O’Hare International Airport. This improvement is designed to create parking for eleven 747-800 aircrafts over three phases of development.

During Phase I and II, 2IM Group provided Storm Water Drainage, Sanitary Sewer, Erosion Control, and SWPPP services. Stormsewer systems were designed to accommodate ultimate build conditions for both airside and landside.

2IM Group is currently providing Stormwater Design and Erosion and Sediment Control services for Phase III. Phase III is planned to be constructed on a 448,000 square foot site located immediately southwest of the previously built Phase I improvements.
